Not sure where you are, but I met the owner of Apex Moving and Storage (Agent for Stevens Van Lines) at the AMSA convention in Feb. Seems like a good guy. He's located in Puyallup, WA. Dean Savage (800) 643-8896. _________________ Bill Adams

Apex has good reviews and remarks here for local moves (from the Superlist):
| Quote: | --Apex Moving & Storage LLC (Stevens) in Puyallup.
This company with MC #441701 also does business as Apex Movers LLC. Its phone numbers are 253-864-7870 and 800-643-8896 and its website at www.apexmovers.com is very nice.
"trinity" gave Apex a rave review for a 33-mile move in 8/06:- "They were the only company of 3 that I called that would even come give me an estimate, and they were just great! . . . They were on time, put up door protectors, covered the carpets, wrapped my new leather couch beautifully, used less time than they estimated. I very highly recommend them.":

He came back to add in 9/07 that a co-worker had recently used them for a local move and was very pleased--the cost came in under the estimate:

"humanbungee" moving to CA in 12/06 chose Crown but she got a quote from Apex. She posted that they use Stevens' authority for interstate moves - they were going to provide a dedicated truck:

"kbseattle" gave Apex an excellent review for a local move in 8/07, saying that they charged about $400 for 2 men and a truck for 4 hours and were very careful:

Check out the Superlist for other companies near you, especially if you're moving interstate. _________________ Diane
