How long ago did this happen? I am in Escondido and I would like to look at your paperwork if possible. PM me.

Is this the Northern Van Lines based in Brooklyn but with an office in Oregon as well? I'm wondering wjy they subcontracted your move when they have quite a number of trucks of their own. Coukd this be a case of Similarly Named Bad Mover?

Can you look st your paperwork and let us know a phone number, license number, website, or email? Something we can use to determine who this is for sure. Also, we need to find out the name of the mover who actually moved your things, because their problems are far worse than Northern's communications flaws.

In the end, you should grab your paperwork and file a complaint at
