So who was the mover? As far as filing a claim, you should have the office send you a claim form to fill out and send it back to them from there they will settle your claim.

You would be around 2200 With Allied. However that includes a guaranteed one day pickup. If you go with Nationwide or American you will join a long list of unhappy shippers. Good luck!

No, Not a factor, in Allied van lines case they just had a small raise in the pricing to cover destination shuttles. Most van lines have a small increase in pricing yearly anyways.
