Yes the boat was delivered without any extra charges. We weren't too worried as we have to insure the items now that we have them. As everything was relatively intact we didnt forge ahead with the claim but we are very aware now that it is important to carry the insurance information with you.

Just got the last of our stuff from Allied (Pickfords in Australia) in Fort Worth Texas. Overall experience was positive but we forgot our insurance details and they didn't come forward with them after taking 2000 dollars for the insurance.
