If its DeHavens Tfr & Stg (the one Im thinking it is) they are very reputable--Personally, I wouldnt go with one that doesnt do an inhouse survey--guaranteed price or not, there is usually a way for them to get around that.

The biggest pc of advice from any person who knows anything about moving is to get an inhouse survey---why would someone NOT do that? Just curous why you would bother even getting an estimate from a company that cannot do an inhouse survey------
