Re: Any experiences with Central Moving or White Glove Moving in NJ?
Sure, I was leaning towards not using you but if someone had come on and said horrible things about the other company or wonderful things about you that would have changed. Maybe you need to stop criticizing me for being online- isn't the point of this site to help people such as myself who need to...

Re: Any experiences with Central Moving or White Glove Moving in NJ?
Thanks MusicMom. I was getting very confused. I was trying to search for info, and on the SuperList White Glove was one to avoid, but when I clicked any links onto Ripoff Report where the info was supposed to be coming from they talked about "White Glove Committment to Customer Satisfaction ... cus...

Re: Any experiences with Central Moving or White Glove Moving in NJ?
I conducted many investigations into just this type of thing in the past. The investigations revealed that many times there were competitors logging in under false names with companys that pay a fee. Certainly it is nice to know that you are real and that youre friends had a great move with white gl...

Re: Any experiences with Central Moving or White Glove Moving in NJ?
Just another thing in case anyone else searches for info on White Glove: unless I'm imagining things (I don't think I am) the rep for White Glove told me not to worry about the moving date (b/c it's not set in stone yet), because they have 200 trucks so they will be able to do the move on any date....

Re: NJ-FLA Help
Damn, Mark, that sounds like a commercial! If you're gonna take the floor, I'm gonna put you on the spot. In my experience, most customers involved in a relocation don't care about the brand or what color their box is painted. They simply want to be picked up on time, delivered on time and they don...

Re: NJ-FLA Help
"I couldn't fnd any "reliable" independent NJ mover> Do they exist?" Yes, there are good, reliable independent moving companies that operate in that market. Some are smaller companies that try to manage their customer base with their limited driver and equipment capacity. They don't advertise heavi...

Re: Atlanta Movers for move to RI
Actually You should absolutely go with AC White in my opinion. His business has been around for about 100 years for starters and has an outstanding reputation in the industry. Before ya go thinkin im an employee or friend-im not. I work for a company that sometimes competes against ac white, but i do...

Re: Win with Ocean Star International Inc.
I dunno,
But i somehow think that this ocean star is affiliated with White star. This is the same kind of glowing review that the clowns were pumping for the white Star.
They were guarenteeing that all would arrive safe

Re: about estimated time of auto shipping
I am moving from MA to CA next month. I get quotes from a few companies, the result is: Dependable Auto shipper, $985, 2 weeks Golden Key Express, $1025, 7 to 14 days (northeast can take up to 16 days) A-Z auto shipping, $995, 7-10 days. I'm wondering how good is the estimate? I'm a little leaning ...

Re: Worried: Movers, Inc. not in Yellow Pages
This site gets paid for saying Moovers, Inc. is a trustworthy company??? Are you kidding me? That is the opposite of what this site is meant to be, an impartial clearing house for commentary on experience and reliability, etc., in short, all the things we need in order to make a sensible decision a...

Re: TROSA
Hi Rick,
Thanx for the clarification as I am unfamiliar with this company. Honestly that description could fit many moving company employees as nobody grows up and say gee i want to be a mover lol.
Sounds like a good program and im sure many of the people there work hard.

Re: TROSA
Has anyone had any recent experience with TROSA? I like their quote but have some qualms about using a mover that uses ex-cons, drug addicts, etc. Thanks While i have never heard of Trosa and I have no idea if they are good or bad this post is particularly unfortunate. Agatha the first thing that s...

Happy New Year everyone-This will be a great year
Happy New year to all. I think that while the past year was a challenging one in the moving industry that this year will offer many opportunities for those well positioned for the economic turn. I believe that the bottom is in for housing and with huge tax cuts and stimulis coming out of Washington ...
