I agree with you Nancy, that it was a service issue and not a scam, but that doesn't mean I feel at all like I was treated with the decency and courtesy a paying customer should be. Do NOT use Gentle Giant in Hawthorne. I chose them for my move from LA to Baltimore based on what was said about them on this site. I put my things in storage as you were going to do.
