Climate controlled storage needed in Colorado Springs, CO

Postby Badams » Tue Feb 06, 2007 10:53 am

I am a Certified Moving Consultant with Callahan Brothers, Inc. in Cos Cob, CT and I have a client that needs us to move a 3800 bottle wine collection to a climate controlled storage facility in Colorado Springs, CO.
I do not have a contact in that area. Does anyone have any experience with a reputable company in this area? It must be a company that will guarantee climate controlled storage.
Thanks,
-Bill Adams

Not sure if they have climate control but you can call and ask. Not sure if the weather there dictates one would be needed.

Contact Western Carriers to see if they could arrange both transportation and warehousing.

Hope they can help you. Just out of curiosity, Bill, when did Bill Joyce start paying the light bill at Callahan Brothers? Last I knew you were a North American agent.

Hi Rick.
Better late than never? I don't visit this site too often, so I'm a little late with a reply. In case you're checking - John Callahan retired, his children didn't have any interest in running the business, and he sold his company to Will Joyce in March 2006. Will used to drive for John many years ago, and they've always stayed in touch. I've been with Joyce for 15 yrs, and agreed to commute to Greenwich to do estimates for Callahan from April 2006 until May 2007, when the commute from litchfield county got to be too much. I've since returned to JVL in Oxford.
Thanks again for the helpful info.
