Postby br2014 » Thu Nov 06, 2014 2:58 am

this company is one big lie!!! they say they exist since 2004 but their company information on sunbiz shows they opened on 5/2012!!!! only 2 years in business!!! on their bbb records they lie too and post reviews for themselves but if you read the reviews you can see that the language is just the same as the ones answering the REAL complaints filed against them!! same thing with yelp.com they post information about themselves and give themselves 5 stars!!!! The owner Eran Levy changed his own name on the company records to John Miller lol!!!! REALLY?!!!! so who are you JOHN MILLER?!
FROM THE BBB RECORD
BBB file opened: 08/12/2013
Business started: 01/05/2004 LIE!!!!!!

My wife and I are senior citizens and we feel like our moving company took advantage of us. They overcharged us, were extremely late for delivery, did not communicate with us, and they broke multiple items in the process. Truly a heartbreaking experience. We just wanted to thank MovingClaims.net for being there to help resolve our issues. After being so mistreated it felt good to speak with Whitney Brown, a manager who was very accommodating. Upon request she even mailed us the application to begin our claim, due to us not being internet savvy. In end, the whole process was convenient and painless, not to mention we were (rightfully) compensated for the inconveniences. Thanks Moving Claims!

Comment from the Business:
We know that the circumstances surrounding every move can make each claim unique. That™s why we work hard to ensure that our clients do not have to devote time and resources to resolving each and every customer complaint. At MovingClaims.net, we take the approach of a neutral party, although we are not legally considered one

so how is it possible that the comment from the business reads "Thanks Moving claims!"?????? maybe because they are the ones posting all of these falls reviews? and if they are so long in the industry doesn't it look a little strange that the only 4 reviews are from the end of 2013 and beginning of 2014???? what happend to the 10 years before???nothing? of course!!!! wait is that because you were not existant??? And you say you help customers??? how? by cheating for movers the same way you do for yourself? DONT BELIEVE A WORD OR A SCRIPT THAT COMES OUT OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEATERS!!!! You can't be such a big lier and still be courteous and helpfull. these words are too BIG for you drop them!

Yep. Lying about time in business and faking a foreign name come second nature to scammers. Eran Levy is an old name in the business. Thanks for bringing his new name to our attention.

They refuse to discuss my claim. I've filed and filed and it is now 3 months with no resolution. I filed a complaint with the BBB, Florida Dept of Ag, and the Interstate Commerce Commission as well as the attorneys general in NY and FL, among other entities. Best advice I can give you is don't bother filing a claim with them, go directly to small-claims court in your jurisdiction.
The movers, Selective VanLines picked up our items May 21 in NY and did not deliver to FL until July 24 at which time most items were missing and the rest damaged. I presented Selective with photographs, estimates, and the inventory and they forced me to use MovingClaims.net who never responded to my letters or calls and who have still not "settled" the claim. Since Selective had our items in their secure warehouse and they could not find our items and did not report a break-in, we filed a police report in Totawa NJ accusing them of theft and vandalism. I sent to MovingClaims, all the letters, pictures and related documents, but not resolution. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, Florida Dept of Ag, Attorneys general in NY and FL, and will probably file small claims court in NY and FL.
