We used Broadway Express to move from Phoenix, AZ to Bismarck, ND. Not only were they the best deal, their reps and driver were great/easy to work with.
The driver met us on time and dropped off our load when he said he would.
He also was incredible at packing and unloading the truck and his helping fee was well worth it. I would recommend this moving company to anyone.

Our move was trouble free and perfect in every aspect. 'J' Johnson really knows his business and made it happen for us. I would recommend him to anyone for future moves. 'J' is a true professional you are fortunate to have such a fine representative for Broadway. Definitely will refer others to your organization and when we finally relocate completely and must move the other half of our belongings you will be the people we call.

Atlanta to Las Vegas. I ordered 28 feet using estimates from professional estimators and the use of the tool on Broadway Express website. The truck shows up with barely 20 feet. After 2 hours of wrangling, Broadway Express agreed to dispatch another truck to take the overflow. I had no promise of delivery from the overflow but I was stuck. This is 3 days after Christmas. So I didn’t have many options but to load and try it. The driver, Don, said he could get it in but we had a back up anyway. Of course it didn’t fit. Because I didn’t have promise of delivery of the remaining furniture I decided to rent a U-Haul and tow my car. Now I did order and paid for 28 feet. They said they would reimburse me for what I didn’t get. Then all the furniture is on and the owner decided that he is only going to reimburse $350 because the other truck had a dead head from Birmingham to Atlanta to catch the overflow. I would perhaps understand this except while the other truck was here he received a full load order from Trucker, GA, which is in the Atlanta area. So they were going to have to drive to Atlanta anyway. They didn’t know I spoke with the other driver. I still haven’t been paid the $350 yet alone the $800 I was told I would get.

Don, our driver did a great job. He did pack the truck with more than I thought he ever could. (which also explains why Broadway wont reimburse you for the feet you don’t use like ABF will. Not a scam but it may be bordering on it.) We had a few pieces that were rubbed but after many the many moves I have made, Don is the second best after Merchants Moving from Wisconsin.

I can’t recommend Broadway Express.

the customer in front of you probably used more feet than expected, not Broadways fault, perhaps.

I have just noticed this company was removed from the recommended list. Is there any info on why? I have booked our upcoming move with BE and now I'm nervous!

Earlier this year MovingScam.com and Broadway Express ended a long-standing relationship because it was felt that the relationship was no longer economically viable for either company. This in no way affects the perceptions of the quality MS feels that Broadway Express delivers to its customers.

As a two-time user of BE myself, I will continue to recommend them from personal experience.

I have used Broadway Express twice in the past 6 years, both across country , CA to VA and VA to WA. They have scheduled me without any problems, the driver showed up on time and as promised. The communications were clear and to the point. I loaded a house and two cars in both moves. They delivered on time and did not change the pricing. I high recommend those folks. Speak to Diana if you can, she will take care of your move.
