I see that the companies on here show Good Neutral but no Bad.
I was reading one of the new ones and it was a No. But the title does not add up for the Goob Neuitral.. If we are going to be honest here we should also show the bad count.

Re: WHY DONT THE RECOMMENDED COMPANIES REVIEWS SHOW BAD COUNT
You must be talking about ABF and BE because I never tried to total up the other companies' reviews.
With ABF and BE, there wasn't enough space in the title to allow all three categories to be listed, so I listed only the positive and neutral totals and assumed that customers could subtract to get the total for the bad reviews. In addition, many years ago a customer asked me to indicate what the numbers of the bad reviews were to make them easier to find, which you'll see that I did in the first post under each company.

Re: WHY DONT THE RECOMMENDED COMPANIES REVIEWS SHOW BAD COUNT
I just asked since I was not sure. Did it get lost in time? Was there a valid reason? And siince we gave the recommended companies their own board I thought an explanation was due in case Joe or Jane the consumer looked at it suspiciously. Being proactive here in case this would come up from someone that might be afraid to ask.

Sorry, I don't understand the questions. Did WHAT get lost in time? Did WHAT have a valid reason? I tried to explain everything as well as I could in the first posts under ABF and BE as well as just now.
It is a risky process for an outsider like me to classify customers' reviews because I wasn't there, and if there is a complaint, I usually don't know the other side of the story. I tried to classify the ABF and BE reviews as best I could and where the circumstances seemed murky I just didn't classify them at all. (That's what I decided to do with the latest ABF review, which seemed to have to do with MoveBuilder rather than with ABF U-Pack.) Ultimately it has to be up to the reader to look at all the reviews - elsewhere on the Internet as well as here - and make his/her own judgment about the quality of companies. On Epinions, for example, ABF U-Pack has an overwhelming number of excellent reviews and only a few bad or neutral ones.

Did it get lost in time? Inputting it as good, neutral and bad.
Did WHAT have a valid reason? Yes you answered that when you said it would not fit on the line.
Giving and explanation as you did is suffice to me as to why.
I was trying to be on the outside looking in and wondering why they had no bad reviews listed in the title.

Re: WHY DONT THE RECOMMENDED COMPANIES REVIEWS SHOW BAD COUNT
I understand. It's always good to ask questions.
I'll just add that once I pointed out the bad reviews of ABF by number, the customer who had asked me to do it apologized to me in a PM, saying that if he had known there were so few bad reviews, he wouldn't have put me to all that work finding and listing them!
I myself pay a lot of attention to bad reviews on websites like Epinions and Travelocity that have customers rate products and services, so I understand where you're coming from on this. Potential customers always want to be aware of the bad things that might happen, and if they can read the complaints they can also get some idea how rational the complainers might be.

Re: WHY DONT THE RECOMMENDED COMPANIES REVIEWS SHOW BAD COUN
Thank you Movinghelper for bringing that question up i was thinking the same.
Thank you Diane for making it clear.
Client's reviews in general should be carefully checked on the web.
Especially at so traumatic and emotional experience as moving.
Some of the reviews even at the must respected review websites, can be faked.
In many cases the moving company pays money or share the same interests with the review website and despite of bad reviews they will rank high.
in other cases fake reviews are written by the movers (good ones) or the competition (bad ones).
Here's how i think you can look at them reviews:
1.check with more then 5 sources
2.check as well review authority's like Google places or Facebook -
they are more reliable for you can not "buy your good rank" there.
3.check what is the bad VS good rate.
4.learn from the bad reviews how did the moving company dealt with the complaint. things sometimes go wrong even with the best company how they deal with it can tell you a lot about the company.
