Hi MurrayGal,
Yes, Move Buddha is legit. They look for solutions for people who are moving themselves.

Great marketing, nice website, and good follow up but didn't deliver anything more than any other moving website that sells leads to movers.

It was advertised that for $95 I would receive up to 5 binding quotes from my video inventory. Binding was actually in bold. What I received were 2 non-binding quotes. One was converted into a binding quote after having a phone conversation with the moving company but I could have received that for free.

I spent 40 mins and $95 making a video inventory. I could have easily contacted the mover and had them do a free estimate.

In the end the binding quote was way overpriced so it looks like I'll be using U Haul.

moveBuddha founder here.

There's was a little miscommunication on how quickly the estimates would be received so initially, jFoulk was disappointed in our service. It does take roughly 3 business days for us to collect quotes.

But ultimately, jFoulk, was well taken care of and left us a really nice 5-star review on our Google review page. We're reaching out to see if he can update this page as well.

This is a company that must be paid by the movers. I used one of their highly rated movers, Big Ben's and it was one of the worst consumer experiences I've had in years. Besides losing a sizable carton, they delivered 3 things to me that are not mine, and then expected me to store them until some indeterminate date. Right. They didn't care about my goods and they clearly don't care about whoever owns the erroneously delivered goods. I could write more - I will only add that if you expect good communication, forget about it. Horrible.

moveBuddha doesn't have anyone answer the phone and when you write them, they are not interested in getting any negative feedback on the movers.

My advice: DO NOT RELY ON moveBuddah
