The Commission has received a growing number of complaints regarding Echo Trans World, Inc., FMC license number 019522, registered to operate in New York, NY. In recent days, it appears the phone numbers provided to communicate with Echo Trans World are not in service or the message boxes are full. In addition, several shippers and Commission employees have tried to communicate via email, but have not received responses from Echo Trans World.
If you have arranged for international shipment of household goods or personal effects with Echo Trans World, you should immediately contact the Commission's Office of Consumer Affairs and Dispute Resolution Services by phone at 202-523-5807 or by email at email@example.com

Advance Warehouse assures us there are no charges to retrieve your shipment from their warehouse. However, you will need to make arrangements for the delivery of your cargo from the warehouse to your intended destination.
