Positive: Boston to SF Bay area with Paul Taylor Moving

Postby ma2ca » Fri Sep 15, 2006 3:28 pm

I've just had a good experience with Paul W. Taylor
Moving (www.taylormoving.com) - agent of United Van Lines,
moving from Boston, MA to Redwood City, CA.

The quote was accurate, packing was good, timely arrival,
no hidden charges. The driver and I both overlooked an
item, and I have not noticed, but the driver (David) called back
in 2 days saying he found it, and shipped it to me free of
charge.

I'm glad you had a good experience with United, and with Paul Taylor.

Welcome to California... Redwood City is a nice area....

Just watch out for the quakes.. Haven't had one in a bit...

If you know the agency that the driver was with, maybe you should send them an "attaboy" letter. It makes the drivers beam when someone takes the time to express appreciation.
