Those 3 posts were written by the same person.

That will make us disregard this review.

We do agree with the best bet is to move yourself.

Doesn't anyone writing a fake review at least have the patience to WAIT a day or two before postng the answer to their own questions? That's the most suspicious part.

And I'm sorry that your employer, Hercules Van Lines, makes you move around so much. Perhaps you should find a new job.

Ridiculous. If anyone still thought that Hercules might not be a bad company, these three posts by the same person remove any doubt about it.

For the same reason I know you and tommy 123 are one and the same; all came from the same IP - all came from the same location. And BTW, being a BBB member won't earn Hercules anything here. The BBB protects its own members, no matter the number of complaints. The only thing that impresses us are consumers who come back and give us good feedback on movers.

Dont you have better things to do that pursuit moving companies???

Honest moving companies don't need to come here and post fake reviews; so long as moving companies lack honesty, we will continue the pursuit.

Who erased the three original posts that started this argument?

Caroline/Tommy123 are posting from Latin America.

Yeah, Thanks, "Caroline".

But the Los Angeles BBB has something different to say to THAT.

Complainants generally allege dissatisfaction with delivery delays or missing or damaged items. Other complainants allege the company fails to honor the moving estimate and customers are forced to pay higher prices for the move.

The company responds to some complaints by apologizing for the delayed delivery and explaining that although delivery may not have been within the consumer’s expected delivery time, it was within the timeframe as outlined in the contract. The company responds to complaints regarding additional charges by explaining that consumers are given a non-binding estimate based on a specific list of item, however, on moving day, the consumer increased the amount or number of items to be moved, and a new binding estimate was provided prior to providing any services. The company responds to other complaints by offering discounts, settlements or paying claims in accordance with the insurance purchased by the consumer.

So a new address can buy you a new record.

THIS is why we have a love/hate realtionship with the BBB. They are blinded by the cash.
