Has anyone heard/used this company in the past for a long distance move?

Please read this article first:
http://www.movingscam.com/news/findmover.shtml

Looks like they've been in business for quite a long time.

Their BBB reports looks good, but I've never heard of them.

Thanks again... A co-worker is recommending them. Has used them twice in the past (locally) and has had a good experience. They are coming tonight to my house for an estimate. I will post the results tomorrow. I will use the information on the link.

Just an FYI, local movers that are fantastic aren't always the best movers for long distance moves.

Check out the Superlist of Movers for reviews of movers in your area:

Make sure you get an in home estimate from all the movers you are considering.

Good luck and we hope to hear back from you!

They have a good reputation and move people frequently down south to Va,Nc,sc,ga and florida. If you are along this route they are a good choice for an estimate.

On your recommendation, Glad, I'm adding them to the list of Long Island movers along with your comment. On a side note, if you have any opinion of Kalfur Bros. I would be interested.
