RECOMMENDING MOVER IN DALLAS, TEXAS

Postby LadyM » Fri Feb 09, 2007 10:27 pm

I recently moved from Dallas to Birmingham, and only needed loading into an ABF trailer at origin. From this site, I learned about AWard Moving Service, Inc., which is owned by a Dallas firefighter on his off-duty hours.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were efficient, accomodating, and the wrapping of my antique furniture was done with paper pads and shrink wrap. Not a nick or scratch. I used 20 feet on an ABF trailer and my total load cost from them was $1,051. If I had been a little more organized and had some help (I was alone on this move), I would have been under that amount.
I even had two of my cats loose (they escaped from the bathroom) and they helped me get them and put them in their carriers.

Thanks for this review. I added it to our Superlist under "Texas."
