Review of Darling Movers (eMove) - excellent job

Postby allen074 » Wed May 02, 2007 4:22 pm

I used Darling Movers last weekend to help me take my stuff from storage to my new apartment. The two men showed up on time, did an absolutely excellent job in packing up the truck -- no way me and my friend could have done that -- and even took my tv in their car to make sure it was safe and protected.

The job went a few minutes over and they didn't charge me. On both the load and unload, they made sure my items were well protected (even without pads) and made the job a complete success. I could not have scripted it any better.

Honestly I was a bit worried using eMove help for the first time. But these guys did a great job and I appreciate it!

On another note, the total move was about $300 vs. $750 for a traditional mover. And because I rented the truck myself, my friend and I went foodshopping and stocked up outside of manhattan! :)
