Moving from Houston to Dallas

Postby LadyLW1 » Sun Mar 29, 2009 3:52 pm

We are planning a move and years ago we used Daryl Flood with Allied. Now all I can find is Daryl Flood / Mayflower. Does anyone know if they are the same great quality as they were 6 years ago? Does who they are affiliated with even matter?
Thanks!!

In my opinion, Daryl Flood is just as good now as they were six years ago. It is hard to say what difference the affiliation makes. I am thinking that the difference is minor between the big five van lines. Personally, I have represented three of them as a sales rep and I do not see a huge difference as far as the consumer is concerned. In the case of Daryl Flood, their current affiliation may be better for them. I have friends who work for them and they seem happy. My thought is that if you used them before and were pleased with service you received, they deserve your business again.

Don't hesitate to contact Daryl Flood. We use them all the time in Dallas.

They are great to work with, and Allied is the one who suffered the loss.
