Joyce Van Lines

Postby saikat » Sun Mar 13, 2011 1:42 am

We recently used Joyce Van Lines for a coast to coast move from NJ to the bay area in CA. We researched various van lines over the internet and finally selected Joyce from the movingscam.com recommended list.
And it was a great experience for us end to end.
Bill Adams handled the initial quote and was very responsive to any questions we had. Their quote was also very competitive when we compared them to other van lines.
June Myerson handled the details of the move once we had decided on them. Again, very responsive and attentive to all our questions.
On the day of the move there was an unexpected big snowstorm. Thankfully, Joyce was flexible and moved the loading to the following day.
The loading crew was vey efficient and within a matter of few hours loaded up all the stuff with care. They even helped us with some extra packing boxes and materials which was not part of the contract. We had the same experience with the unloading crew. Both the crews were patient and thorough. The items also arrived in very good condition.
What impressed me even further with Joyce that when our final weight turned out to be much less than the initial estimate, Joyce did not hesitate to reduce the final amount to be paid.
All in all, an extremely great experience and I would absolutely recommend Joyce for coast to coast moves. You cannot go wrong!
Thanks to movingscam.com also for recommending Joyce.
